Transform Your Home
Week 1-3
We set up your home for independence and observe how your helper connects with your child.
Group session: Practical Montessori concepts — why the environment matters more than the rules
Home visit: I assess your home, give specific guidance on what to move, change, and remove, then observe your helper with your child
Parent call: What did we find, and what needs to shift?

Gentle Guidance & Clear Boundaries
Week 4-6
No threats, no bribes. She learns to guide with calm consistency.
Group session: Real scripts for tantrums, meal refusal, bedtime battles, and screen meltdowns
Home visit: We practise boundaries in your home during the moments that usually fall apart
Parent call: Are the rules consistent between you and your helper?

Fostering Independence
Week 7-9
She steps back. Your child steps up.
Group session: How to let go safely — why doing less is doing more
Home visit: She leads and I observe — this is where the training becomes hers
Parent call: Final alignment on how to keep this going long after the course ends
