I’m Ida—a Montessori educator, mum of two, and a lifelong advocate for nurturing curious, independent little minds. With a Master’s in Education from Hong Kong University and AMI Montessori certifications (0-6) from both the Maria Montessori Institute in London and the Montessori Institute of San Diego, I’ve spent over three joyful years working directly with children aged 1–6 at Hong Kong’s International Montessori School (IMS). Along the way, I’ve deepened my passion for holistic child development through certifications in Child Nutrition from Stanford University and specialised training in Montessori emotional well-being.
As a parent myself, I understand the beautiful chaos and rewards of raising children. That’s why I founded Evolve Sprouts earlier this year—to support Hong Kong families in fostering independence and curiosity in their little ones. I work closely with families to train their aunties in Montessori principles and positive discipline, blending heart-centered guidance with practical tools.
Montessori isn’t just a career for me—it’s a way of life! I’m endlessly inspired by how these approaches empower children to thrive, and I’d love to partner with you on your family’s journey.
