Guided observation in the shared playroom
Your child is already playing. You gather with Ida and observe together — she narrates what she sees. No lecture yet. The room does the teaching.
Join us for an Easter workshop focused on respectful guidance, practical routines, and Montessori-inspired play you can use right away at home.

In Hong Kong, your helper is often the person who spends the most time with your child each day — there during play, mealtimes, routines, and transitions. Most helpers have never been shown how to support a child's independence. Not because they don't care, but because nobody taught them.
So they do what feels natural: they help, they entertain, they step in. It comes from love. But over time, it quietly gets in the way of your child learning to do things for themselves.
When your helper is on the same page as you — responding the same way, setting up the environment the same way — everything changes. Routines get smoother. The child becomes more independent. The home gets calmer.
This session is a first step towards that — and a live taste of the Evolve Sprouts programme.

In the private room: what a prepared environment is, what the adult's real role is during play, and why fewer toys — rotated thoughtfully — works better. No jargon. Just clarity.
Children come into the private room where Happy Baton toys are set up as Montessori invitations. You observe your own child, and Ida coaches you in real time — specific, personal, and immediately useful.

Founder, Evolve Sprouts
Ida is Hong Kong's specialist in Montessori-inspired helper training. She works with families across HK to align parents and helpers around a shared approach — one that leads to calmer homes, smoother routines, and more independent children.
Her flagship offer is the 9-Week Helper Training Programme, which takes helpers step by step through environment, guidance, and independence — with home visits, weekly challenges, and ongoing support for both helper and parent.
Yes to both. The play invitations will be matched to your child's developmental stage, and coaching will focus on what's relevant for their age.
Absolutely. Just indicate that when you register, and we'll make sure both are supported during the session.
Just yourselves. All toys and materials are provided. You'll leave with your take-home card packs.
The session starts promptly at 10:00, but if you're delayed, join us when you can — we'll settle you in quietly.
Yes! The Happy Baton pop-up runs 30 March – 7 April, so you're welcome to browse before or after your session.
