Focus Details

What Makes Each Focus Different

The structure is the same. What changes is the lens.

  • Home Assessment

    Essentials

I walk through your spaces, explain what works and what doesn't, and give you a prioritised list of changes.

    Deep Dive

I come back and we physically reorganise together. I explain every change to your helper so she understands the reasoning.

  • Caregiver & Child

    Essentials

We agree on a focus area, I observe your helper with your child, and I give her 2-3 practical scripts to use daily.

    Deep Dive

I come back to see how she's applying the strategies. I coach in real time, go deeper, and build her confidence.

  • Parent & Child

    Essentials

I observe how you interact with your child, coach you on Montessori principles adapted to your daily rhythm, and check alignment with your helper.

    Deep Dive

I come back to see how routines have shifted, what still feels hard, and re-align you and your helper if you've drifted apart.

FAQ

Everything You Need to Know

  • Do I need to have a helper to book a consultation?

Only for the Auntie-Child focus. Home Assessment and Parent-Child work whether you have help or not. If you have a helper, I'll still loop her in where it's useful - consistency between the adults in the house is half the work.

  • I'm not sure which focus I need. How do I choose?

That's what the free 20-minute call is for. Tell me what's feeling hard - mornings, mealtimes, the playroom chaos, your helper and you pulling in different directions - and I'll tell you which focus will give you the most traction.

  • How is this different from the 9-week course?

The course is a full training for your helper - nine weeks of structured learning, practice, and follow-through. Consultations are single-focus and short. They're the right fit if you want a clear answer to one specific question - or if you want to test how we work together before committing to the course.

  • In-person or online?

In-person for the assessment visits - I need to see your space, your child, and your helper in their actual environment. The follow-up call and WhatsApp support are remote.

  • What ages do you work with?

From baby (0) to 6 years. If your child is older, message me and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?

No. Come as you are. A "cleaned-up" house or a rehearsed routine gives me less to work with, not more. I want to see real life.

  • We live in a small apartment. Will this still work?

Yes. Most Hong Kong families do, and so do I. We specialise in small-space Montessori setups, shared rooms, and practical routines that do not require expensive materials or furniture.

  • Do I need to follow Montessori perfectly to work with you?

No. This is Montessori-informed, not Montessori-dogmatic. We focus on principles that improve daily life: independence, respect, consistency, and emotional regulation - adapted to modern Hong Kong homes and caregiving realities.

  • Who is Evolve Sprouts for?

Evolve Sprouts is for families in Hong Kong with children aged 0-6 who want to make sure their child's daily care supports real development - especially when a helper is the primary caregiver during working hours.

  • How is Montessori relevant for infants and toddlers at home?

Montessori is not just for classrooms. We teach caregivers to create child-friendly home environments and practical routines that build independence from infancy.

  • What is the difference between positive discipline and regular discipline?

Traditional discipline often relies on rewards and punishments. Positive discipline focuses on understanding behaviour, setting clear boundaries, and coaching children toward self-regulation.

  • Are these strategies culturally appropriate for Hong Kong families?

Yes. We adapt Montessori principles to local lifestyles, including small homes, busy schedules, and helper-supported caregiving.
