What's included

Everything your helper needs to make it stick

Group learning builds the knowledge. Private coaching in your home makes it work with your child, your routines and your space.

  • 3 small-group training sessions

Live sessions exclusively for helpers. Child development, gentle guidance and independence, taught in a respectful space without employer pressure.

  • 3 private home visits

I observe your helper with your child inside your real routines, align expectations, adjust responses and coach precise language on the spot.

  • 3 parent strategy calls

We step back, assess progress and realign. You know what is working, what needs adjusting, and how to stop small issues becoming long-term patterns.

  • Scripts, tools and real-life examples

Ready-to-use language for tantrums, meal refusal, bedtime battles and screen meltdowns. Guide without shouting, redirect without punishment.

  • WhatsApp support for helpers and parents

A private community for enrolled helpers plus direct access for parents between sessions, so consistency does not collapse under daily pressure.

  • Written reports after every visit

Clear summaries with observations, focus areas and immediate next steps, plus a final report with recommendations for the next stage.

This course beautifully explores how to support babies in building a healthy relationship with food and a positive mealtime experience for both child and caregiver. The insights shared were thoughtful, practical, and easy to bring into everyday life. I feel genuinely inspired and excited to create many meaningful dining moments with my baby.

Thank you so much for taking Jenelyn's caregiving skills to the next level! I've already noticed a real improvement in how she engages with our child, and the changes have been wonderful to witness. It's not always an easy journey, but the results speak for themselves - we are truly grateful, and our home feels calmer.

Our caregiver came back from the course excited, motivated, and full of fresh ideas. I'm already noticing a wonderful shift in her approach - from the language she uses to how she handles toddler moments with calm and patience. The reminder that children mirror the behaviour they see has resonated with our whole family.

My auntie recently completed the pilot programme for 0-12 months, and we couldn't be more grateful for such a wonderful course. She came back with a wealth of ideas that we've already started putting into practice at home. As first-time parents, the detailed course notes were a brilliant bonus - it felt like we were learning right alongside her.

A happy parent testimonial image

After attending the course, our caregiver returned with a real understanding of how to raise an independent, calm toddler - and the difference has been remarkable. I've also had the pleasure of collaborating with Ida professionally on a workshop, and both experiences have been outstanding. The community she creates for caregivers to connect and grow is truly one of a kind.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is the programme suitable for helpers with no childcare experience?

Yes. My Best Auntie is designed for all experience levels. No Montessori knowledge or prior childcare training is required, just a willingness to learn.

  • How is this different from a standard helper training course?

Unlike generic helper training, My Best Auntie is Montessori-based with home visits, personalised coaching and ongoing support. We observe your helper with your child in your home and give specific, actionable guidance, not just classroom theory.

  • How long is the programme?

9 weeks, with three group training sessions, three home visits and three parent alignment calls. It is designed to create lasting behavioural change, not a one-off lecture.

  • Can my helper join if she speaks limited English?

Yes. The training uses clear language, demonstrations, visual guidance and repetition. Fluent English is not required. Understanding and consistency are what matter.

  • What will my child gain?

Your child's caregiver learns practical Montessori techniques for daily routines, gentle discipline without threats or bribes, age-appropriate activities for 0-6 and how to foster independence in a small Hong Kong home. Your child builds confidence, emotional regulation and real skills through everyday moments.

  • What if my helper and I disagree on discipline?

This is very common. We align the adults first so your child receives consistent messages, expectations and routines from everyone at home.

  • Do you guarantee results?

Children are not machines, so no ethical professional guarantees instant perfection. What I do guarantee is clear guidance, practical strategy and honest support throughout the 9 weeks.
